The beauty of a CMS-driven website is that you can make your own changes, add extra pages (within the pre-defined sections/layout), add news, images, videos etc. yourself.

We find that some clients (even with the help of one of our Z-Assist packages), just do not have time to do this themselves.

Other clients know that they are going to need future development for new add-ons, new sections/layouts of the website etc.

Both of these requirements can be addressed using our ad-hoc development service which is charged for at our standard hourly/daily rates.  It is, however, much cheaper to use our Z-Maintain package if you are confident that you are likely to need us to do these additional changes for you.

Z-Maintain provides you with up to 2 man-days of additional development per month (with any one job not exceeding 1 man-day).

Z-Maintain is included with our Business Plus hosting, but can be added an an optional extra to our other hosting/support packages for just £699 + VAT p.a. for 1 day’s support per month or £1299 + VAT p.a.  for 2 days per month – that’s up to 24 days of future development at less than £55 per day!.  Unbeatable value!

You cannot carry-forward unused days, and any development expected to take longer than one day is still separately quoted for and charged for using  our ad-hoc service, but whilst within a Z-Maintain package, all such charges are discounted by 50%.  HINT : This means it’s often worth taking out a Z-Maintain package if you have a large piece of development to be done – just for the discounted rate!
